Who we are

Sister Processing Solutions ("SPS") is a payments company providing general merchant services and payment processing to businesses across Canada and the United States. We operate as an independent sales organization referring merchant accounts to our bank and processing partners and providing related payment processing services.

The site

This website is informational. Submitting the apply form, contact form, or any other form on this site does not establish a merchant account. A merchant account is only established when a signed merchant agreement is in place between you and our underwriting partner.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when applying, to operate your business in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and not to use our services for any activity prohibited under our partners' rules or card network requirements.

Limitations

We do our best to keep this site accurate but make no warranty about specific outcomes (approval timelines, rates, settlement speeds). All financial terms are governed by your signed merchant agreement.
